1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I like everything about this one. Tbh, I'd like to see a video of this so I can see how the pieces are in movement, which is the nice aspect of a runway show.

I like how some of the heavily contrasting white/black pieces look, wish there was more of that.

Agreed on this. Liked this look with the contrasting lining a lot. Satin, apparently. [IMG]

Lane, I like that look you posted a lot. I've never been a Rick person (not my aesthetic, one trick pony, on and on), but I think this collection is really a marked improvement.

Some of the boots are alright. Definitely the weak link IMO but I've never been a fan of Rick's footwear. It's part of his vision though and for the most part it coheres I think.

Man I wish I could browse SZ with Faust on ignore. I read that guys posts and want to claw my eyes out.

Better than the blob boots from s/s2011. But I guess that's not saying much.

+1 to everything here with the addition that in that first fit Lane posted earlier I like the boots as part of the whole thing. Still wouldn't wear them, not a fan as an individual piece but in context it makes sense. The ones above I just really dislike.

Looking forward to seeing Yohji stuff.

you guys for the most parts know nothing and associate ro with leathers and t shirts that you resell with your BoO on the b&s section. This was a complete cohesion between his first men's collection and the tailoring of gleam and crust.
OK. I still found it boring.

Hehe, I've been following it at that nowfashion site. Like a lot of it as of now. The first half reminds me a bit of some of the early 00 collections. He still cuts the best pants. Yohji is Yohji, I could incorporate a lot of the pieces into my own wardrobe. Lots of good cuts and fabrics, from what I can tell, I'm sure many pieces will be great in person. Also, it's always hard to tell from the pics. I quite liked aw10 when I saw the pictures of the runway show but was blown away by a lot of the stuff when I saw it in person. edit: thanks a lot for posting them, sipang!
