1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

^+1 to that, and the previous comments about Jil. I didn't find much of the Burberry collection very attractive, but that coat caught my attention, and I'd kop the shit out of it if I wasn't slowing my spending down.

EDIT: realised that I should explain what previous comments on Jil I agreed with. While I wasn't feeling the suit silhouettes (possibly just the images), I loved the use of colour, the proportions on other pieces were nice, and the fabrics were great.

Also, is it just me or are some of BV's pants cut in a really strange silhouette?

well this place has gone to shit, is there not enough interest to keep this thread on the front page? I know the shows are just getting started but come on people. no hate/no love for any of this stuff?

Too much football to watch. I'll get to all this after the Jets-Pats game.

you have to stomp through marshes with those front zips sir.

Most of my comments are on thefashionspot. Many views of every collection will flip in a couple months but so far I dislike Dolce & Gabanna as expected.

Just looking through the prorsum show, coat overload. loved the toggle coats [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] Also quite alot of day-glow in the prorsum maybe an overarching trend for FW11?? And the Rorschach looking fur was pretty cool [IMG] and I loved the fur collars on some of the coats in the collection EDIT: Just looked through the Dolce&Gabbana collection it looks kinda cool, seems to be entirely red and greyscale, the velvet suits were pretty cool. I also liked some of the mixing of the traditional suit proportions but a lot of it was kinda hideous

[IMG] I really dig this Jil look, I think a lot of things from this collection would be easy to work into a wardrobe.

+1 very impressed. Not really in line with what I normally wear, but definitely wouldn't mind having that knitted jacket in the third pic at all.

Also, props to AFL for updating those links. [IMG]

Man this is the worst prorsum season since ever, how you gonna open with 3 of the same buffalo check car coat in different but equally ugly colours? Same with that car coat, lime green neon blue neon orange, wtf. Kinda want to shut it off halfway through because it's giving me a headache. What the fuck is with that plaid toggle bomber. Okay now there have been a couple good coats and suits so I'm better. Still overall pretty crappy though. Okay it went off the rails again. Fuck.

Missoni was hot fire. Probably my favorite so far.

Aside from Giuliano Fujiwara, are there any other shows are there that aren't on the list above?
