Just stopped by their Madison Ave. shop and tons of York St. (and mainline J. Press for that matter) is on sale - 40-70% off on t-shirts, outerwear, pants, jackets, etc. Almost jumped on a madras jacket but couldn't justify it even at that price.

I'm hosting my “MADE IN ITALY” sample sale with City Beautiful this weekend in NYC with the focus on Boglioli, Lardini, and Piombo with a few Barena TS(S) and Partenopea jackets. For the first time, this sale will also be offering a limited selection of exclusive leather pieces from Roberto Ugolini and Steve Mono.

Sample sizes will range from 44-56 (EUR) / 34-46 (US) with the most abundant selection will be in sizes 48/38 and 52/42. Lost of summer blends with a number of beautiful fall and winter wool flannel and washed cashmere pieces as well. I have the Firm and a few of the Subpoena ties. Great workhorse ties. The Firm is a particularly good deal; very good heft for a $10 tie. The Subpoena ties are thinner but still useful.
