I stand corrected. They just said the rules don't require contact for the interfering with the opportunity to catch the punt penalty to be called.

Still, the play before was a catch. I can't believe they didn't review it.

That only applies when the defender is literally in the guy's face which gives him no room to catch the ball. In this case, the defender wasn't even in front of him.

That was such a horrible call.

I'm only half paying attention to the commentary, but it sounded like the guy who does the officiating analysis for ESPN confirmed it was a legit call, despite looking bad.
