Did you read what I wrote?

Richard already asked last year, and he has had inside contacts for decades... Vedt = Bespoke as it's handmade and only their bespoke team does hand sewing. It's the bespoke team that made the ultra limited vedlt shoes in 2017.

But maybe you have better contacts than Richard... Anyways if it comes... It'd be friggin great.
As I said I’m not promising anything and haven’t from the start. It’s a proposition and sometimes what you propose comes off and sometimes it doesn’t! You and I have enough shoes for a centipede so I don’t tend to worry too much any more. ?

@MSAINT totally agree that if the process was to head to the bespoke route, it’s would be crazy to pursue it with a perfectly good off the shelf option of the Radnor available.

I’ve only asked the questions and have only had some of the answers back which I thought was clearer so wasn’t ‘having a go’ as we say here sir! If they’d agree to this as a standard bulk MTO then agreed it’d be a cracker. Several variables are in play which I’ve highlighted from the start, leather, welt etc.

I get it, in that spitit I was merely giving information regarding the availability of Veldt at Tricker's.
C&J Velt Snowdon MTOs all went smoothly, just saying...

It wouldn’t do you any harm going to the Tricker’s factory in Northampton if it’s convenient. I went there on a trip to London a few months ago and had the opportunity to talk to the head bespoke maker (Tony from memory). He’s a fantastic source of knowledge and very friendly; in fact everyone I came in contact with at Tricker’s was very friendly.

For me, Crockett and Jones seems more strict on their pricing compared to Trickers, surprising considering they are similar prices now. Moreover, Trickers seems more accessible with lots of retailers stocking them. I guess the ‘exclusive’ approach works for them, one day I’ll get my hands on their Horween boots but for now, it’s Trickers :)

Can anyone help to ID these Stows? The leather has quite a distinct pattern to it.

Interesting that, of all the flamboyant boots you have, your favourite is a very conservative style and colour. They are indeed very nice. However, I do regard my Russian Radnor boots on the ridgeway sole to be just a little bit better. Plus, I prefer the boot without the faux cap. I’m surprised you don’t have a pair.
