I'm going to check my Tricker's boots for the medallion under welt issue. In glancing through recent posts, not many of the laces are level, or rather the facings are sometimes way out of alignment so that the whole boots is twisted.
That’s very common to have the facing miles away.

I wish this issue can be resolved. I’ve had to return quite a few Tricker’s boots for this reason and feel nervous about buying anymore online..

Ah ha! I have been eyeing these for a while. Impressions?

They are different for me as far as boot style. I usually do some sort of toe design (cap, wing) so it is taking some getting used to for the plain toe. I wish the kudu was soft like the reverse suede or unicorn. These are stiffer like calf but hopefully they will loosen up with wear. The color and texture are really nice. Unfortunately I like the bronze unicorn more. ?
