    I want to get a pair of Monkey Boots as well. But, I'm not too sure of the size as I do not own any Tricker's before. I do have a few pairs of British brands like Church's & Sanders.

    If I'm a UK6.5 or US7.5 (true size) in those, do you think I need to size up like you did? I was advised by Leather Soul to take UK6.5 on the Stow because I'm a US7 on Alden Barrie last. How's the fit compares to what you have on your Stow / Burton? Thanks.

    Monkey boots run pretty TTS. Definitly not as wide as Stow.
    UK10 monkey boots
    UK9.5 Stow
    US10.5 Barrie
    YMMV

    Thanks for the info. I guess UK7 on the Monkey should still be fine for me because they do not have UK6.5.

    This seems to be my fit as well. US 10 Leydon, US 9.5 Barrie/Trubalance, UK 9 Monkey Boots, UK 8.5 4444 last. When I get the Eatons and monkey boots in the post, I'll take a pic with all my aldens and trickers lined up against a wall so people can make their own decisions.

    Got my monkey boots today too from Superdenim. They were...most amenable to Canada Customs' situation. hehe :D

    Looking to buy my first pair of Tricker's. I'm a measured 9.5 US, and wear a 9.5 US in almost all shoes (clarks, etc.). Should I be looking at a UK 8.5 or a UK 9 for the Bourton model (4444 last)? I have a rather high instep, but my feet are by no means wide. Just curious if I can order TTS, or if I need to order a half size up.

    Probably 8.5 UK at least. You'd be swimming in a 9. Bourton runs wide but not long. I'm a 10.5 D US and regret not going down to a 9 UK instead of a 9.5 UK.

    I know this thread is mostly for street wear type shoes but for those looking for dressier options, Richard at Shoehealer and Trickers came through for me in spades:

    Keswick = 4444 last.
    Malton = 4497 last.
    I wear the same size in each although the 4444 is slightly more generous fit.

    The Malton, beware, is a fitting 6. I think the Keswick is actually now that I think of it as well.
