If I've got a $300 budget for some chocolate suede chukkas and I can get some Tricker's from STP for that price, it is a no brainer right?

Right, I'm ready to pull the trigger on the wingtip boots... $355.

Tricker's 9 eyelet cap toes from Paul & Friends.
Somewhere in Sweden, there's a single left Tricker's shoe tree since I got the right one.
This must have been the display pair and they forgot to remove the tree from the right boot.

I almost pulled the trigger on those but I could not find any info on the last. I think it was last 81? I ended up getting a chukka Viberg boot. So how do you like the fit? They are stunning in their simplicity... I would love to see more cap toe Trickers.

Did you get your usual size on the Viberg chukka? I saw that Barneys and Tate + Yoko had them but ended getting a Yuketen Chuck from Rooneys.

Yeah, they're on the 81 last. It's similar to the W2298 that the STP Not Stows use.
Definitely narrower than the usual 4497/4444 country lasts.
Kind of a pain to lace/unlace so many eyelets but I really like the look.

Yes, I got them from Tate. I'm between the UK 9 and UK 9.5. Their UK 9.5 fit great. I'm usually a US10E. They are one of the best made boots I have seen, and extremely comfortable.

That's what I thought. Right now I'm getting more interested in the logger boot. To bad Shoe Healer doesn't carry them - Superdenim has them - but I rather deal with Shoe Healer.

On STP? Please elaborate if you don't mind, I'm pretty relentless about checking what's eligible for the dealflyer savings. Cheapest I ever see them is ~$500 STP retail minus 40% through my dealflyer email link.

There was one model that they marked down to $300-something before coupon code, so it came to $220. But it was very limited sizes.

At the same time, they raised one boot to the $500's.

I think the $220 Tricker's chukkas were on vibram gumlite soles.
