Thank you again Zippyh. I have one green suede boot and one parisian blue calf. I would like to get some trickers cordovan to round out the collection. Those boots look a little lighter than my Alden #4 cordovan.

    Nice #4's.
The teak is probably closer to Ravello. Not as red as #4.

Way too much of a nonchalant #4 drop there.

    Nice!!

Like the contrasting black calf with natural welting on those stows as well

Thank you for the picture. Do you find a big difference in fit between chukka and boot? I have narrow heels so hesitating on getting a chukka.

If you can wear a Barrie chukka I think you can wear a 4497 last chukka.
There's some loose feeling due to just the two eyelets but I think they work better on my feet than Barrie chukkas.
(You're unipair guy! You're supposed to be giving us advice about shoes. :))

[IMG] We do carry shoes and boots but no chukkas so I am not familiar with their fit. I will talk to our director about adding a chukka. Maybe 81 last for a slimmer profile.

I have two pairs of Tricker's chukkas (different models, same last) obtained from Sierra Trading Post. I too have a narrow heel and I've never had a shoe fit so well.

    Acorns are here!

Suggestions on keeping leather bottom or throwing sole guards on? (I prefer danite to leather but got these for such a good price I couldn't pass em up)

Oh that reminds me. There's also the William chukka that Sierra Trading Post seems to always have too.
It's on the W2298 last. It can commonly be had for low $300 with coupon.
I've got a pair in beechnut in storage.

Hi Unipair Guy, the Sierra Trading Post last is given above. Like I said earlier, it really works for me. I have the William Chukka in a lighter suede and the chocolate suede one that's listed as Aldo style. The William is a more substantial shoe with thicker sole, upper and broader welt. The "Aldo" is somewhat more refined, but both fit the same. Zippyh has identified the last model, I see.
