1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Gone for the 9.5! If this cordovan stretches like Horween then fingers crossed it should be okay.

Hello! Anyone knows something about these trickers? Model name, quality and right price to pay for? Many many thanks! Thomas [IMG]

Provided I can get a comparison of the 81 and 4497s lasts, I'm most likely in.

Sounds like it will be too narrow for me as the 4497s doesn't feel like a wide last to me at all. Too bad for my paddle feet.

I think you can ask the shoes to be made in 4497 Last, ask Richard.

I have a question about Tricker's sizing. I want to get an Ilkley in 9, but I was told that Ilkley runs a little big. Church's Consul in UK 9F; Edward Green's Chealsea in UK 9.5E; and Ferragamo's US 10EE fit me pretty well. I tried the shoes made with the same last and I thought 9 fit me fine. In fact, it was a little tight and uncomfortable over the top of my left foot. However, Richard says 9 will be too big and recommends 8.5. Any suggestion?

    My derbies arrived! [IMG]

They're stunning, and an initial try on suggests they're going to fit fine - I'll give them a stretch and wear them in the house a few times, but the cordovan feels like it'll stretch enough and wearing thicker socks isn't an issue with these.

I see the 11s have gone, so I think someone here needs to 'fess up?

No idea buddy, my only suggestion is to go and try a pair on for yourself.

I'm in the market for a stock pair of Stows in acorn, and despite of a previously made comment, with weather welt. Before I blow $500 USD, I thought I'd check to see if any of you were selling a new or next-to-new pair in either a size UK8 or 8.5 (I'm a US9, narrow) at a lower price. Please message me if you're selling. Cheers.

Code HSSUB20 will take 20% off at Herring Shoes which takes them down to $402 shipped to US.
Ask them to use parcel force to avoid duty.
I don't know how long that code is valid.

Time Running Out for Beat the Rate Group MTO on this Boot:

Still need only one more person for this group MTO. Time is running out and Richard can't hold the price for much longer. About $650 delivered. As cheap as you can get for cordovan now. PM me for details.
