Very nice. I anticipate that mine will also end up the same way because I walk the same usually each day. They getting more and more comfortable each day.
Well...enjoy....up keep is fairly straight forward and JFYI I do employ shoes trees, unless one prefers a permanent wavy effect.:)

Got the shoe trees as well. The wavy effect isn't the issue as much as the need to protect the integrity of the soles is what I hear. But let's see, as I beat them up, I may stop being diligent. ;-)

Right Polo is out...

caramel gents!
Ha ha ha fuck no. I'm done. There is the threat of a work move to close to the Equator coming up so even the recently signed up for MTO was probably not a good idea. :p
That's what we all say! I joined this forum 2-3 years ago as I bought my first pair of Tricker's. Think I have 20 pairs now. Mainly Tricker's but also some Crockett. So, good luck with that mate! :D

More ice than snow and a minus temperature drop here in Toronto over night.

But forgoing a looser apparel than my usual fashionable skinny's to fend off the chill and equipped with my only Commando soled Tricker's I did manage a slip free early morning trek.

.....then back to balmy mid-teens (Celsius) for the rest of the week though, just in time for the arrival on Thursday for a pair of Daniel shoes from the weekend sale.

Then do yourself a favor and erase this forum from your computer and your memory. I've been "done" so many times over the last 5 years but, like any other addict I tell myself: "It's OK, I can look at the pictures and just talk, I don't have to actually BUY anything.... oooh THOSE boots like nice - I could wear those with...." and then it's another relapse.

I am also caught between the obsession and the compulsion. Every pair of shoes I buy is going to be the last...until I see another pair I like. Speaking as a psychopath, I find the secret is to be able to convince your wife or partner to accept your new purchase. Timing is of the essence. Get it wrong and you have to hold back for a week or two. Get it right and you can be online in a second. The trouble is, of course, that expectation is better than realisation. It is the ordering and buying that is probably the most exciting bit. Two months later, they are just part of the collection. Unless they are made of Kudu or Veg Tanned...or whatever. Yours, with too many shoes, Munky
