i purchased a beaufort about five years ago, but just bought a size up (42) due to some weight gain. the new one feels lighter (very bad) and considerably 'waxier' (probably good) even though they look identical. i checked the sizing tag and the former says 'AW15' and the whereas the new one is 'AW21', so i obviously received one that was manufactured very recently. has anyone noticed any differences, or is it all in my head? they are both MIE and were also sourced from the same retailer.

I've got a new with tags Corbridge size Medium that was purchased from House of Fraser. It's a bit too snug on me. Anyone interested before I send it back for a refund? If so, PM me.

I waxed my Ashby in Navy for the first time. After waxing i went over it with a hair dryer and cloth to even out the wax.
Its been 48 hours and it still feels wet and quite greasy in some areas (perhaps i used too much wax).

What can i do ? Is it worth going over it again with a hair dryer ?

yes too much wax, hair dryer and mop up the excess wax. It’s meant to have a matte finish.

Anyone have seen a Bedale SL (White label) black with sage arms?
Just received one, came with a label from John Lewis.
But could not find any information about a two tone model like this.
Really weird!!

How do you go about getting dust off the jacket ?
I've taking the excess wax off with cloth and hair dryer and its left lint on it.
