Look for the ones with the washed finish if you don’t want wax. They also make some in a polyester blend.
Sold out
Here's a non-waxed version of the Beaufort advertised on the UK Barbour website:

Link doesn’t pull anything up for me.

I appreciate the responses. Looks like the best bet is buy a normal wax jacket and wait for the wax to wear off.

Does Barbour make wax style jackets without the wax? I like the style but the wax isn’t necessary where I live and I prefer not to get the quilted jackets.

Yes

Is there any way to clean mildew off of waxed cotton without damaging it?

^^ I'd probably try vinegar, that shouldn't affect the wax or cotton. You could use a dilute solution of water and vinegar so it's not so strong.

Internet mentions oxyclean and other types of color-safe bleaches to kill the fungus.

Is there any way to "stiffen" the collar of a Barbour jacket (I usually wear it popped)? I've had mine for a couple of years and the collar is starting to go limp.

Ironing the collar gently on the outside with a cloth in-between feels lika a possible, but risky, solution. Any suggestions?

can maybe try and find some huge collar stiffeners and sew them in?
