That's a really cool jacket!

I'm sure sizing questions get covered ad nauseam here, but would love some direction.
Looking at that sale on END I can't pass up the Ashby.
So I've tried on the XL and it seemed to fit very well. However the Olive is of course sold out in XL. Looking at their measurements though it seems that there is barely any difference in the XXL. Can that be true? Could I get by with an XXL
I wear a 44 in most suits, 46 in slimmer cuts. I guess I'm an athletic cut, bigger upper body. Waist 35
Thanks for any help.
Hot damn - I literally was on there 20 minutes ago and the XL didn't show up. Thank you!!I'd stick with the XL. BTW, I see the XL olive in stock right now.

I think you bought the last one!
I'm a 44 too and no more
Friends don’t let friends buy Ashby’s. Get a 42 Beaufort or even a Bedale (or Sapper for that matter).
Ursula has same arm liner as the Lutz jacket.
I’ve tried them on and honestly the Ashby looks the best on me.Friends don’t let friends buy Ashby’s. Get a 42 Beaufort or even a Bedale (or Sapper for that matter).
My guess is it's more fashion forward and less country-esqueI’ve tried them on and honestly the Ashby looks the best on me.
In all seriousness what is the hate for you Barbour purists?
