Right, that was just to show that the sleeves were getting up a bit when I move my arms, probably not the best way to show it, but the imortant thing is that you understood my point.
I think I'll keep it, because it was the last one in the shop, they don't have L size anymore, and as it was on sale, I can't have my money back, only a coupon in the shop, wich is in England.. And it has all the features I wanted, a thicker cotton, a hood, a good simple cut, and some leather pieces.

Thank you for your detailled response, after trying another time, I decided to keep it, because that tightness was just annoying me on some moves. i think I'll have more trouble with a larger one. I feels okay when I sit down, when I move my arms straight, it just feels a bit tight when I "hug" myself, so I think it will be ok. Thank you.

This is the best method for testing both arms and back IMO.

Amazing deal for someone in that size! Be sure to post pics of your Scott... Would be really interesting to see detail shots of the tailoring, would help me decide if I should do it and how to do it :)

Heads up, selected models are 50% off at the Soho Barbour store in NYC. They still have the 30% off some models also. Beaufort is not included though.

To anyone still looking for one, J. Crew has a To Ki To Sports Jacket in small. Expected ship date is the 24th.

    Edit: It's gone now...

I'm eyeing a Barbour Shetland sweater in Large and am wondering about fit. Anyone have any experience with them? Barbour says a Large is for 42-44" chests. Mine is 42, so I worry that it will be too "relaxed." This is a constant problem for me, as I'm often astride M and L.

    Hi,

I am looking for an olive Barbour Bedale. So far the cheapest I can find the jacket is about $270 from stores in England. Does anyone know of a cheaper option?

Which store in England? Best In the Country no longer ships outside the EU.

Ebay works, although I doubt you'll get lower than $270 for something new or NWT.
