This is a stock pic of a pegasus , will post mine when I get the chance to do it properly. It's the WW2 retro feel of it that does it for me.

I really want a Beaufort and I live fairly close to both of the outlets in New Hampshire and Maine. Does anybody know what the Beauforts and Bedales run for at the outlets?

Dave SFU I think should know. FYI, there is an ebay listing for the Beaufort in sizes 40 - 52 for $175. That is a good price to me and I would probably cop if they had my size.

Dont have that one but I do have the Washington Jacket which is pretty similar. I love it. Theres not much predistressing, it basically looks like the jacket had a wash

Thanks Dave. I like the Washington as well.

Considering taking in the body of my International - can any tailor do this, or am I better suited sending it back to Barbour for the work?

FYI, stopped by Kittery outlet today, everything is an additional 30% off. I didn't spend much time looking for specifics.

NH will have a broader selection of Beauforts and Bedales. They'll list exactly why the item was returned and price accordingly. Most run between $75 (busted zipper or other major problem) and $125 (perfect). I find them to be considerably less expensive than the Kittery store. I've found a few prototypes and one-offs there as well.

Thats only the red tag rack though. That one rack is all returns and damaged items. Everything else in the store will be priced the same as Kittery. Barbour changed their factory store pricing policy a few months ago so both stores are consistant now and all items are half of retail cost.

Looking into getting my first Barbour jacket but don't know which one. The classic are bedale and beauford. I'm looking for a fall/winter jacket to survive ny crap weather days. Also what is the price range??i can't seem to find it on the site

How Do You Feel About Pleated Trousers?

  • Love them, classic!

  • Occasionally, depending on the outfit

  • Prefer flat-front

  • Never wear them
