Any thoughts on their leather gloves? Store here has a pair that I'm thinking of buying.

They're okay but nothing special.

Salt Lake City and Las Vegas don't sport much.

Barbour is so deep in the mid-atlantic and east coast, it's like owning a dog or a polo shirt. Basically if anyone in your entire family tree went to prep school, you better have Barbour in your closet. It is beyond played out

exactly. anyone who buys a barbour and expects to stand out or whatever is totally disillusioned. there is nothing exclusive about wearing a barbour.

Depends. You can stand out from the herds of TNF'ers.

Out East perhaps. I've never seen anyone in the inter-mountain west wear anything like it, and I get complements all the time about how unique it is, where was it made, etc.

Kind of flattering.

Do you think its possible to tailor the Barbour Liddesdale quilted jacket? The large fits me well in the chest but is very big everywhere else. Think its possible to take the sides and sleeves in? And this is for the regular version....I am aware they have a fitted version but the one I am looking at is the regular.

If you've got a local tailor check with them, but I can't see why it can't be altered.

How long is the turnaround time to send something back to Barbour itself to be altered/whatnot? Any idea, MOK?
