I love pigs feet, but chicken feet are just a pain **********. My mother loves them, and always gets them at dim sum, but I just get frustrated trying to find anything to eat.

+1 on pigs feet. sliced is great, but I also love it served whole so I can gnaw on all that delicious fat/cartilage stuck on the bone.
