I like them a lot. But I wouldnt buy them simply because of the color. Black and white is pretty boring for sneakers, imo.

i think the asymmetry is 'pissah-keen' as they say in beantown.

what the heck do you do with those things there in the arch area...i suppose they help you walk up walls, or unscrew fire hydrants or something.

I tried them on and they are fit almost like the speed cats, although with a slightly different feel in the arch area, no surprise there. I actually like the color, since it allows me to pair the shoes with almost anything; weather permitting, they are suede after all and I do live in Florida. I have been able to find the shoes in only one other color (low-top version):

I still prefer the original version in black / silver / neutral that I originally posted. And even though the shoes come in high-top versions in green and brown, it is not what I am looking for. Jon.
