Odd Jacket Critique Please

[Standard Toaster]

Any opinions? My gripes:

• Flaring vent.
• A lot of fabric around the waist (2-.75-3" overlap if I pull the sides over each other).
• Lapel lifts from chest, despite the jackets chest measurement being 3" more than my own. Is this because it's too big or small?

No timer on my camera, and that's the only room in the house with a mirror.

Even with my dodgy eyes, the jacket is easy to make out.

The only problem I see is the vent poping out, not something I would wear but a good fit over all.
