I have a problem with finding a suit that fits. Can't afford bespoke. I'm a skinny guy who worked out for years. Now, 6ft 185 lbs. My shoulders are still naturally narrow at 17.5 in. But my chest is 42 in, and arms are 15in unflexed. Can't find suits that fit my shoulders, and are not too tight on the rest of me. Tried on every single suitsupply version. It seems most MTM companies don't account for odd fits, as the basic measurements often don't even cover arms. Any MTM companies that are better? Any brands offer sizes for a guy like me (narrow shoulders, big chest and arms)?

That's really tough. You have a chest for a 42 jacket but shoulders for a 36. Where do you live? "MTM" covers a very wide range of customization and there are definitely makers who can accommodate you. I think you will have much better luck with in-person MTM fitting.

Avoid cheap MTM. Any outfit that promises a MTM suit for $500 is not going to work for you.

That is definitely a hard body to accommodate OTR or MTM.

What are you willing/looking to spend?

Trying to stay at $500 or less. I know this is far less than bespoke. If I could do bespoke for $1000, I’d do it. But it seems they start at $2000
