Which is perhaps why I love it even more. Sometimes a pocket square needs to live beyond the rationality of the outfit.

I like it except the tie as well. Looks like a bag of skittles exploded on him. I dig the pocket square. The great thing about O12 is there were lots of great looks, all individual and unique from one another.

The pocket square goes with the outfit quite well. The summer preppy (or is it trad? I'm hardly an expert) tie seems a bit weird to me in the context of that outfit but age always helps with eccentricity. Makes me sorry that the suit doesn't cut it, pun intended.

I like the monkey's fist tie clip. Surprisingly it is pretty macaroni, rather than tacky.
