    His wife is a high powered lawyer with more things to care about than her husband's clothes- a Stepford wife she ain't.

    And that photo was almost certainly a deliberate attempt to reference this:

    Though from other White House photos, it readily becomes apparent that our President has a habit of putting his feet on the furniture, just like his mother told him not to do.

    Because when people support a political candidate they will go through mental hoops to believe that everything else he does is good as well.

    I don't like McCain but thinks he dresses pretty well - including the black loafers. His suits arguably fit better than Obama's, though Obama's slimmer figure means he usually looked better.
