1. Hi. We moved systems, and because it was impossible to achieve feature parity between the systems, we opted to archive the old B&S threads but allow users to read them so that they can put them into our new B&S system.

There is a support thread if you have any issues.

    Cheers,

    Fok.

Size 11D, but runs about a half size big (I wear an Alden Barrie 11D)

These shoes have seen very little use and have been well cared for...stored in shoe bags and with cedar shoe trees, just gave them a fresh coat of Venetian Shoe Cream and a brushing.

How does the barrie fit for you? Perfect? Some wiggle room? I'm surprised that Oak Street runs so big...

The Barrie fits me a a little snug in the toes, but has some wiggle room. NOt perfect, but very good. All my barrie lasts are cordovan too, which makes them seem a little more stiff and snug. I tend to buy the Trubalance last for the slightly wider toe box

George usually only recommends going true to size if you are going to be wearing thicker socks. I do not think I could have gone true to size without significant slippage and blisters. MIne fit a little snug from the start, but they definitely would have stretched to my foot had I given them the chance. That will be for the next owner. Hope this info helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
