NYC - Thanksgiving/Black Friday Sales

I know it is a little early, but I am getting anxious already!

But seriously, I am going to be in NYC for a couple of days around Thanksgiving but may not be able to spend all of my time in the city.

For the sake of planning my trip ahead of time and maximizing my pursuit of sartorial interests I would love to know what stores have excellent sales during this time for those of us looking for suits, shoes, etc. I know nothing of this sales period as I am usually on our remote family ranch out in the boondocks for Thanksgiving, so this will be a first!

This may be a ridiculous fantasy, but would I be able to find Brioni, RLPL, C&J or any brands of this nature on sale whilst there? Or is it a select few electronics stores/department stores who have big sales? Let me know the spots you look forward to pillaging; and please forgive my lack of knowledge. Your help is much appreciated!

You may have some luck. Stores are putting stuff on sale earlier and earlier. Best bets would be the department stores like Saks and the Berg.
