NYC Meet-Up This Tuesday, the 26th at 6PM!

If you survive the snow storm, come join us for the biannual meet-up this coming Tuesday, January 26th, starting at 6pm.

People requested a more central location so we are going to give Lallisse, located at 161 Lexington Ave. at 30th street, a shot.

Come for drinks, come for food, come early, come late, even just come for the company. We're a very relaxed group so there is no pressure. I would however appreciate it if people planning to come could RSVP in this thread or by PM, just so we can get an idea of the head count.

Giving this thread a bump, and hoping that some number of you all can make your way through the snow. Lallisse is a wine bar and restaurant with a Mediterranean menu and a relaxed vibe, so, if you've made it to NYC, make it to 30th and Lexington, sit down, lift a glass and have a nice schmooze.

It would seem that the blizzard was buzzkill for the festivities of last night - just Mister Claymore and myself - but a good time was had in any case, comestibles consumed, wine drunk, and conversation a-plenty. Afterwards, in walking Mister Claymore to his hotel, we stopped at the wreck of an apartment that is to be my new home, where the decrepitude of the physical amenities contrasted nicely with the admirable view the new place has of both One World Trade Center, and, more imposingly, the Empire State Building. Whenever I move into the space, rest assured that fit pictures will, at some point, include the views.
