This pretty much sums up my situation.  If anyone can recommend a good building manager (no fee), cheap broker, has a studio they're vacating in June, etc. send me a PM.  Ideally, Im looking for a studio or sm 1 BR, but wouldn't be totally opposed to shares.  Oh, and I'll be working around 14th St. in lower Manhattan so access to the 1/9 is a must.

EDIT: Locations in Brooklyn off the L are also in the running.
