NYC – The Laundress RECALL – alternatives?

Hi, fine clothing experts.

Maybe you've read that The Laundress issued a recall for all their products. And I think they've pretty much shut down? Not sure if their shop on Prince St is even still operational.

I always carried around a little bottle of their anti-protein stain and a little bar of their anti-grease stain solution, along with one of their little fabric brushes. It allowed me to combat stains right after they happened. But it seems I won't be able to do that any more, since they are apparently toxic.

My question: do you know of any really good alternatives? A stain remover you would happily use on your favorite suit's lapel or on your favorite tie?

Something that really works?

Would be grateful for any suggestions.
