I also have a pair of Zegna sport trackpants with drawstring waist. Two side pockets, two rear pockets with button closure, and a zip fly. Made in Italy of 78% cotton, 22% hemp, new without tags (I've never worn them, but I no longer have the tags). They are a size 34/Medium with 34 inch inseam, but have a drawstring waist and so could accomodate from 32-36 inches. These are $40 shipped within the USA.

Yes, all three pairs are brand new. The top two (the khakis in brown and black) have the tags; the trackpants are also new but do not have the tags.
