I know alta sartoria has been discontinued for a few years (8-10) so I'm just wondering if you're sure these were "unworn"?

The second is in a lighterweight cotton in solid sky blue (the pics make it look brighter than it is, but it is a light, subtle sky blue) , made in Switzerland, marked size 36/14 (or a US small), but runs more like a slim 39/15.5.
Is the 39 refering to the sleeve or collar? Also are they barrel cuffs?
