SOLD.... SOLD.... SOLD

OK, this one's a bit special.

42R RLPL 3 piece suit

New, with tags and in absolutely flawless mint condition. Made by St Andrews in Italy.

You know the quality, you know the retail price is over $4000.

I'm not going to give away this suit, but I am going to offer a whopping 70% off the retail, and ask for just $1250.

I know that's a lot to ask on here, so here's what you get for your money -

NWT RLPL 3-piece suit - jacket, waistcoat & trousers

99% wool S120
1% cashmere

Charcoal grey - appears solid from a distance, up close a very subtle, restrained and elegant glen plaid/POW check is visible. The usual RLPL superb pattern-matching.

peak lapels
2 buttons
2 vents
2 flap pockets & standard welted breast pocket

4 pockets
black lining on back, with matching adjusting straps

Trousers

v-notch on back of waistband
full unhemmed length to guarantee a perfect break

full unhemmed length

Trimmings

kicktape for protecting trouser hems
belt loop fabric, for adding belt loops to trousers if preferred by wearer

If you're after a new suit for autumn, and want the very best quality at a fraction of the retail price, this is the one to go for.

I expect this suit will sell fairly swiftly, but I will post more and better photos midweek (I'm getting a mannequin delivered) if it's still available then.

I accept Paypal worldwide, or a cheque for the GBP equivalent cost from UK members (but I will wait until the cheque clears before posting). Shipping will be $50 worldwide by Royal Mail Airsure (tracking, signature needed on arrival) but only $25 for the UK via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.

Please, browse the photos and feel free to ask any questions.

Once you've decided that this suit is for you, please PM me.

Thank you for looking.

Thank you for your positive comments.

The suit is really lovely and the kind of suit that will always be stylish. The waistcoat gives you a nice extra style option too. If they'd had my size, I would have bought it for myself.

As it is, I'm happy to be able to give first refusal on this one to SF/AAAC members before I offer it to a wider audience later on.

I purchased this exact suit in this exact size from the purple label outlet down in Orlando. I'm planning on wearing it to my wedding at the end of the month . . . I'll be taking it to Wilfred's tomorrow for alterations. I can't say enough about this suit - - the glen plaid is very subtle, almost indistinguishable from more than 2 or 3 feet away . . . very soft cashmere blend . . . would highly recommend for any 42Rs out there! You wont be disappointed. . .

Thank you for the positive comments Philo; it's appreciated. Nice choice for a wedding, too.

As it happens, the suit has just been snapped up by a discerning SF member. I may be able to get some more in stock soon, but not for a couple of weeks. Thanks to everyone who expressed an interest.

SOLD!
