Shoulders are "lightly padded" compared to what?
They certainly violate the SF consensus established
by Manton, Parker, Medicexpat, Whanay among others.
This sihouette was adopted by local Saks and Nemans 2 or 3 years
ago replacing a more natural shoulder-ed looser fitting coat.
