The sleeve length is 23 inches from shoulder to end of sleeve or 30.5 inches measured the "traditional shirt way" (from center of collar to end of sleeve).
And I confirm that PTP is 17 inches.
*This measurements are flat on a table; may change if shirt is stretched.
