Yes, I'd say it fits like a large which is/was typical for me. I'm 6'3" and it fit me when I was about 190 about a year ago, but unfortunately I'm about 210 now and it's too small. The shoulder measurement is the shoulder streams straight across and I agree is a bit smaller than I'd normally expect. I think the seams are a bit higher than might be more typical, but it doesn't seem to affect the shoulder fit and longer sleeve length helps compensate. Waist isn't stretched out, that's just the way it laid when I was taking the pics, I can spread it out better and take another pic to give a better sense of the proporitions.
