Up for sale is a gorgeous Sartorio suit, made in the Kiton factory.
Tagged a size 54 Euro which should correlated to either a 42 or 44r US size. But please see measurements.

100% wool.
Cuffs and trousers are both unfinished. Cuff buttons and thread are included.
Dual vents
Flat front trousers

These have all the hand-sewn detailing of a top end Neapolitan suit maker (see pics) including:
Full free-floating canvass
Barchetta (boated) breast pocket
Hand-sewn collar with collar tabs
Hand-sewn sleeve head (which is denoted by the puckering at the top of the sleeve)
Pick-stitching throughout

Jacket:
Chest 21.5"
Shoulder: 18.75"
Length (BOC): 31"

Trousers:
Waist: 18.5"
