I have previously sold a larger version of this exact coat to a Canadian SFer, so here goes with another.

Just in time for those coldest winter months, for sale I have a simply exquisite wool flannel Oxford carcoat from RLPL. The colour is officially designated as Dark Grey Heather on the tag, but I'd say it's more of a mid-grey.

Made in Italy from a very soft and luxurious 80% wool/20% nylon blend (that bit of nylon makes the coat much more durable, but without losing the "feel" of flannel). It's quilted throughout the lining and hence will keep you very warm even on the most chilly days of Winter. Due to the thickness of the lining the measurements might appear on the large side for a size S, however you've got to remember the allowance for the thickness of the coat. I tried this on myself and it's too tight across the shoulders and chest for me (a 40R/size M type of guy).

Lots of exquisite details to set this carcoat apart from the others. Buttery soft calfskin suede has been used on the external facing of the collar, providing a lovely contrast with the grey flannel. This same suede edge trimming is also to be found on the internal pockets, down the inner fronts, down one placket, at the sleeve ends, plus on the vertical chest pockets and throat latch. There are dual "faux" rear vents, which may be opened and closed as desired using a press stud. The front flap pockets are very substantial, plenty of space for phones, wallets, etc. Note also the extra durability provided by the elbow patches and shoulder construction. To achieve the perfect fit you can utilize the hidden waistband, which incorporates sliders at either end on the inner of the garment.

Full retail on this was around the £2,000 mark, or approx. $3,000. Includes pouch with spare button and spare press stud.
