A catch and release for me:
This is a gorgeous Zegna Couture suit that is new without tags, with basted sleeves and unhemmed trousers. It also has the original buttons, silk thread and extra fabric for mending. I've labeled it NWOT, though the tags are also there.
Fabric is in a rich, deep navy with an alternating striping pattern of black shadowstripe and white pinstripe. It's subtle from afar and quite elegant. The picture of the unfinished sleeve most accurately reflects the colour.
Whereas the "Couture" model is typically an athletic cut, the "Couture Cardigan" model is more relaxed in the midsection. As a result, there is more room in the jacket's waist. Jacket features soft shoulders with slight roping, creating a natural yet distinguished look. Trousers are double reverse pleated, and feature split waistband, zip fly with double button internal closure, and belt keeper.

Shoulders (across back of jacket): 18.5 inches
Chest (across pit-to-pit, front of jacket): 21 inches
Waist (across buttoning point, front of jacket): 21 inches
Sleeves (from shoulder seam to cuff): 25.5 inches (unfinished)
Jacket Length (from bottom of collar): 31 inches
Trouser waist 1/2 measurement: 16.5 inches, with 0.75 inches on each side for expanding
Inseam: 36.5 inches (unfinished)
