Here is a write up about Valstar from NMWA:
Mostly known today for the Valstarino, a casual and sporty take on the classic A-1 flight jacket it created in 1935, Valstar first did business under the name English Fashion Waterproof, an English maker of raincoats, until it moved to Italy in 1911 and changed its name to Valstar. Today, Valstar is a small operation that prides itself on its “sartorial” approach and makes some of the best outerwear manufactured today, with the highest quality materials and a unique attention to details.
