Here I am listing another pair of Galways, a truly iconic RTW model from Edward Green, having already sold these four previously on the forum:

For sale I have one pair of the Edward Green Galway in a recently introduced make-up of Chestnut Utah - a rare version of this boot indeed. EG's Utah leather is the printed version of the supple Delapre leather they also offer (analogous to G&G's Hatch Grain). It's an oiled, supple leather which is ideally suited to wear during wet weather. This particular pair are crafted on the elegant 82 last and feature a full Dainite sole. There is some light EG burnishing at the toe and heel, done more subtly than the Antique Calf versions of this boot. Just an awesome boot for Fall/Winter. These will last for years if the uppers are treated properly. The Dainite sole combined with the Utah leather make these a perfect boot for rainy and wet conditions.

These are new with an unmarked EG dark green box, including a polishing cloth but no shoe bags. They're tagged as rejects due to being a MTO pair that was not collected by the original customer, and hence could not be sold at Jermyn Street. The attached photos should prove that the uppers of this pair are absolutely pristine, therefore you get here a very good quality pair at less than retail (it's really rare to find the Galway on sale in a size such as this).

Sizing wise these are a 9.5UK/10US in the UK designated standard E width.

Please note these will have to be shipped via a courier as the package will exceed the Royal Mail 2kg limit. Therefore increased shipping costs are incorporated into the price.

Price is $1100 -> $1050 -> SOLD shipped CONUS or the EU

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
