Hows the quality and pricing for these boots? Can it be a cheaper alternative?

Numb Autumn/Winter 2009 Footwear

Numb are a footwear brand created by Yosuke Ishida. Prior to creating Numb, Ishida worked for 8 years as Mihara Yasuhiro's assistant. Using techniques like laser printing on leather, the shoes are designed and manufactured in Yosuke home country, Japan. The shoes have the beat up, worn-in quality that we're big fans of and the fine leather looks like it'll age gracefully.

The name of the line is strange, but it's looks quite nice. I really like the first few lace boots.

However, if this is something that I'd need to proxy from overseas then my interest has drastically dropped.

these do looks sweet, especially the lace ones. However at this point in my shopping career I really hesitate buying anything that is pre-distressed, not to mention possible "designer" quality shoes that may last only 2-3 seasons top if worn hard. Lastly why are the toes so angled? Why?

Does anyone know where I can purchase these???
They front toe is similar to a John Varvatos style that was released about 3 years ago.

You could always order the exact same boot from Dayton for $399- minus the W+H distressing or course.
