Is this to allow him to access his "pants" pockets while riding his bicycle or something? I like the pattern, and the belted back...but I am not down with the pockets. However, if it is utility thing, ok.

Still, I can't see myself exercising in a suit, even if I am a professional bike racer who prefers this mode of transportation.

The bespoke make and fit is there.

The bespeaking, "Whatever you desire!" I suppose, like an iPad pocket.

What's with the pocket buttons being so far down? I take it they're not functional and purely for aesthetics..

As a cyclist I can say: This is amazing.

I wonder if there was any additional work done at the crotch, either to make it easier to ride or more durable.

I doubt this is functional. It is one thing to wear a suit and riding a bike to work, but who "cycles" in a suit? Honestly.

Those are waterbottle pockets, looks sweet if it did not have those!

There was a post a few months back with another cycling jacket shown on a rider so I guess some people do although that may have just been a photo shoot thing.

Being the greasy ginney that I am I would sweat right through the thing.

Perhaps they are flapped and the flaps are tucked in? I think it's neat, although, I would never wear it myself.
