Not really enjoying my job

I hate to say it, but after 2 months at my job, I'm fairly miserable here. (I know some of you have been working at your jobs for years and hating it... possibly some advice?)

I don't think the amount of work that I do is commensurate to my pay (ie. less than 35k) for working 60+ hours per week.

To me, it's not about the hours or the pay to be honest. It's just about the culture here. I work for a foreign company that is 99% that are Asian. Now I am said Asian, so I get treated like one, but I'm much more comfortable with English. To make it worse, everything here is also done in that language. It's a company in America, but it's like a mini-Asian country here.

Everything here is all so very formal... is it like this in other companies (this is my first job) in America or is it different at other companies?

sure, while I'm grateful that I do have a job, and I can't immagine how hard it is for people who don't have jobs right now to provide for their families.

however, I'm saying that it's very difficult to work in a company where it's difficult to blend in with the culture. my question is how do you deal with culture clashes?

Work is a place to develop skills and contribute. College is over.
As far as pay, you need to get experience.
You're getting paid to learn. Beats college where it's the other way around.

What country exactly are most people at the company from? It seems that in East Asian countries junior employees generally get paid less and have worse working conditions than in a typical American company. So that might be part of it.
