1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I will be in New York beginning of September and have half a day for shopping. I am looking for a Norwegian Split toe in the price range $ 500-1000. Any tips where to go, which brands to look for?

I have seen already the Alden as well as the EA and don't like them (the do not really look elegant - a bit chuncky??)

EG Dover and its variants at Saks and Jay Kos, JL Chambord at JL store & Bergdorf, RLPL Pitney Lawn or Carter at the Mansion, and Santoni store has various Norvegese models. The EG Dover & JL Chambord are slightly above your price range at regular price. If the Mansion is on sale, they should be below your price range. I believer C&J has one or two Norwegian models, check out the C&J store at T&A.
