No [IMG] Ster, I am not going to talk about arrogant and omnipotent politicians neither from an objective nor subjective viewpoint. This thread originally was related to principals primarily involved in the most sensationalized trial of the 20th century, I brought information to that thread. If you want to discuss clothes, I see that there are other threads and I would advise that you take advantage of them. Now relative to your Simpson questions, you have a littany of 'he said-she said' subjective issues. I will rebutt them in this manner: (1.) There is a time contradiction of major proportion of when Nicole was last known to be alive, the original time that Nicole's father (Lou Brown) gave to the coroner's investigator in the morning after the deaths occurred was 11:00 PM. If she was alive at 11:00 PM, O.J. was on his way to LAX in the back of a chauffeur driven limousine, rushing to catch an 11:45 PM flight to Chicago, and thus could not have been available to commit the acts. An 11:00 PM telephone call was consistent with highway traveling time conditions for the date 06/12/94. (2.) I was an investigator, and do have a reluctantly signed contract from Simpson, dated 2/19/99, to pursue only limited areas, i.e. the actual telephone records. These, along with all exhibits in his criminal case file were removed from the L.A. County Superior Court exhibit department by ex parte court order given to DDA Bill Hodgman by Judge John Reid in April 1998. The actual phone records were never given to the jury for examination. A time of the last phone call from Nicole's mother, on the Brown's home phone in Dana Point, Orange County, to daughter was agreed to by lawyer stipulation of 9:37 PM, and given to the jury. However, the trial testimony had them leaving Brentwood, Northwest L.A., 30 to 45 minutes before that call was made, a virtual impossibility. A last phone call of 9:37 PM no doubt gave Simpson adequate enough time to do the deeds, 11:00 PM obviously did not. We have also a transcript of Robert Shapiro, in closed judge's chamber on 07/08/94, offering a 10:17 PM last call stipulation to Marcia Clark. So we go from 11:00 PM in June 1994, to 10:17 PM, in July, to finally a 9:37 PM stipulation at trial in February 1995. (3.) Bruno Maglis, that's another topic altogether.....This Italian, European size 46, shoe sole is 12 and-a-quarter inches, (we have several from SILGA the manufacturer). Simpson's bare foot measures 13 inches. When was the last time you bought an expensive shoe that was an inch shorter than your actual foot. I'm sure that those would be shoes worth admiring. (4.) The shoe print is unique, however the shoe sole is generic, it comes from the U2887 rubber mold, and it was sold at the same time to 19 other shoe brands controlled by LORD shoes. Any of those 19 along with the Bruno Maglis would make the same shoe print in blood. Also the photos show shoe prints that are less than 11 and-a-half inches in length at the Bundy murder site, almost 2" shorter than Simpson's foot. (5.) Since I didn't ask or demand that you buy anything (in fact I attempted to point you to a site where the web clips were free) I don't have anything else to say in regard to that particular issue.

Thanks, I knew that already since I've been posting here much longer than you. But, then, you should've known that since you're an investigator. [IMG]

ALL of the DNA is "he said she said"?

How do you explain the picture?

    See above...

So, once again, are you saying that OJ is innocent? What could your reasoning be that he had nothing to do with these crimes? Are you refuting the piles of evidence because your saying his shoes shouldn't have fit and the phone records are incorrect?

Well, good luck in proving OJ innocent. I think you have your work cut out for you! I hope you're getting paid well!!! [IMG]

[IMG]STER, if you're cruising in a jet airplane at 30,000 feet off the ground and your significant other, at the same time, is on the ground, alive and well, talking to their mother, what else is one to conclude about the DNA.

How do you explain the picture?

[IMG]STEEEER! Give me a break! An important part of the civil trial was the defense witness testifying about digital photo altering. Geez! Have you seen how good Oprah looks sometimes on her magazine covers, she must have 50,000 body parts somedays.

So, once again, are you saying that OJ is innocent? What could your reasoning be that he had nothing to do with these crimes? Are you refuting the piles of evidence because your saying his shoes shouldn't have fit and the phone records are incorrect?

I don't give a damn about whether OJ was innocent or not, if I was given the same assignment and found the evidence to find him guilty, I would gladly push the deep fry button on him, myself. I am an equal opportunity provider when it comes to the death penalty, let that be clear.

Do you remember the movie, HURRICANE, about the life of the former pro boxer Rubin "Hurricane" Carter. He spent 27 years in Trenton State and Rahway State Penitentiaries in New Jersey. Two of the toughest prisons in the country, charged with murders he did not commit. In the end the evidence that finally freed him from his torment was the production of the actual telephone records that indicated that he could not have possibly committed the murders, it also showed that sworn officers of the court had lied and presented fabricated telephone record in order to convict him.

If you were in the same situation and telephone records could clear you from incarceration, or even dispel a life time of aspersion and innuendos of you yourself being a perpetrator of murder, would you disregard such evidence?

Well, good luck in proving OJ innocent. I think you have your work cut out for you! I hope you're getting paid well!!! [IMG]

Well, you're probably right, given the pulse of America. The tactic is not new though, this nation's unscrupulous actors in high places have had a history of imflaming the passions of the body politique for their own pecuniary interests.

As far as getting paid, I spend very little time in California now, so my requirements are minimal. However some of the other investigators still live out there, and there is some concern on their part because of the $25 million dollar punitive award to the Goldman/Browns. The manner of the decision opened up a pandoras box for average citizens in the State of California since the court deviated from state law. A frantic law firm called the Cal. office one day pleading that we get in contact with OJ so they could talk him into letting them file his appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. It appeared that people were now suing other people in California and citing the precedent of the Simpson ruling and asking for astronomical punitive damage awards against less than celebrated individuals.

Simpson's response was typical, "they deserve what they get!"
Have a nice day, [IMG] STER

Um, yeah. You really lost me on that one. Simpson's and victims DNA were everywhere. Pretty simple.

Did you ever hear of Chewbacca? Chewbacca was a Wookie. He was from the planet Kashyyyk but he lived on Endor. He was over seven feet tall but he lived on Endor with Ewoks. They were only 2 feet tall! It doesn't make sense! He was a Wookie!! Living with Ewoks! Why would a Wookie live on Endor?

Yeah, that's it. [IMG] The photo was never proven to be doctored and Simpson normally wore a size 12 shoe. There was also another picture. His shoes were size 12. According to all news reports I've ever read, Simpson wore a size 12 consistently. You're really reaching...

So, why are you here if you don't care about OJ??? Oh, that's right, to sell your video. I forgot. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Sounds familiar... Is that where you get it from?

Why don't you go find the REAL killers. Oh, that's right there's no evidence pointing to anyone else!

Oh well, thanks for wasting my time with your [IMG]. You've got nothing.

I personally don't understand what the big deal is. After all, OJ went through the justice system and won an acquittal from a selected jury. If you think the American criminal justice system is the best in the world, I think it's important to respect the decision of this case as well. If he didn't do it, then the criminal due process worked. If he did do it, then he got away with it, so good job son, salud! Either way, it's over, let it go.

Um, yeah. You really lost me on that one. Simpson’s and victims DNA were everywhere. Pretty simple. Did you ever hear of Chewbacca? Chewbacca was a Wookie. [IMG] STER, you better stop chewing on the wookie, leave that stuff alone, it's impairing your brain. We're playing tit for tat here. The police carried his blood/DNA around in a police car, and took it 18 miles out to the murder site instead of carrying across the street to the downtown police evidence custodian after taking it from his arm, with no reasonable explanation. Then a few milliliters of his blood were found to be missing from the male nurse's blood vial, again with no reasonable explanation. Now you want to convince people that if his wife was alive at the same time that he was aboard an airliner that the point is irrelevant??? Man, stop chewing on the wookie! [IMG] STER Yeah, that's it. [IMG] The photo was never proven to be doctored and Simpson normally wore a size 12 shoe. There was also another picture. His shoes were size 12. According to all news reports I’ve ever read, Simpson wore a size 12 consistently. You’re really reaching... [IMG] STER, What the frick is a size 12. How long is it, in America, how long is a size 12 in Great Britain, how long is a size 12 in Italy. They're not the same. Look at a Doc Martens Shoe box and it generally says "size 12 in the U.K. is size 13 in U.S." or vice versa. You're not talking about a standardized length when you say "a size 12". Of course 9% of the people in the world may wear a size 12, we're the biggest and fattest people on the earth. Most of the world is made up of little people. So what's actually being said, nothing, absolutely nothing! Besides Simpson's sister had a ton of his shoes in a closet at their house in SFO and they all, according to her, were size 13. But what the crap does that mean? Whay didn't anyone, FBI, or other, take a ruler down to the county jail where they had him incarcerated for a year and say 'Put your foot on this ruler!' We told him to do so, and his foot came in at 13 inches, the so called size 46/size 12 U2887 (Bruno Magli/LORD shoe soles) are 12 and 1/4 inches in length. "How many inches?" is something that anyone can understand, any remark about what "size is it" is subjective nonsense intent only to stoke one's prejudice. If the FBI told you on that day that he testified that Simpson's foot was 13 inches in length and the U2887 Bruno Magli sole was 12 inches in length you yourself would have questioned the plausibility of the shoes fitting his feet, the same as viewers had disbelief when he was prompted to put the ill fitting gloves on in front of millions of viewers. "According to all the news reports I've ever read" Where'd they get their information other than the FBI agents testimony, and he was given one alleged pair of Simpson's tennis shoes by the LAPD. The same LAPD that was being run by the FEDS because of the Ramparts Precinct scandal. Falsely convicting thousands of innocent men sent to prison for multiple years with admitted police planted evidence. Come on [IMG] STER. So, why are you here if you don’t care about OJ??? Oh, that’s right, to sell your video. I forgot. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] STER, what a character you are. You don't even see what these people have done to you. They've softened your mind so much with this Simpson madness, that your federally protected guarantees under the U.S. Const., i.e. due process, equal protection, privacy, etc. have been quietly slipped right out from under you, with many of you eagerly offering to assist them. I'm more concerned about the arrogant people swollen with all their puffery, similiar to you. An assuredness, as unflattering as it is quite often, is still what once made America strong. What other country can print as much money as they choose, float it around the world, backed by nothing, no gold, no silver, nothing other than "In God We Trust", read "In People We Trust". If the "Trust" continues to be undermined by excercises of manipulation, as this matter now appears to be, I shun to think what the end will be. Why don't you go find the REAL killers. Oh, that's right there's no evidence pointing to anyone else! WRONG! But now if you want to know that one, at least who we believed the finger should have been pointed at, you're going to have to do something that you've been vehemently resisting. That is go to our website www.ojcoverup.com or www.serpentsrising.com and buy the documentary. Oh well, thanks for wasting my time with your [IMG]. You've got nothing.
Stop clowning, [IMG] STER, your questions have been exhausting but worthy, so I know you don't believe that. I think we've covered most of it, keep the website in mind.....Peace, be well......

Are you crazy, man? 239 Book titles, Advance Book Deals, $4.5 million for Marcia Clark, $4.2 M Johnnie Cochran, $2.0 M Robert Shapiro, $1.5 M Chris Darden, the saving of slated to be bankrupt CourtTV, the resurrection of CNBC and once out the door Geraldo Rivera with a $15 Million contract. The billions in advertising revenue made by the tabloid mags, tabloid newspapers, the making of EXTRA. Paula Zahn, Gloria Van Sustern, Nancy Grace...Do you know what you're proposing, no one else will do. They tried with Robert Blake, nothing happening. Rock producer Phil Specter, woman shot in the mouth in his living room.....Yawn! Captain Kirk, wife drowns.......no public concern........No, my man, WE NEED, OJ. OJ. More OJ, all the time

If Simpson’s foot measured 13” he would be a shoe size 17. A person that wears a size 12 shoe has a foot length of about 11 5/16". You're waaaaaay off... Link on shoe sizing... (or any other website that explains foot/shoe sizing. Hair / clothing / much more blood than that which was absent from the vials was everywhere... Now it's a Federal conspiracy? I am sure you can prove all of these things wrong (especially the shoe sizing) and really impress me with your "mountain out of mole-hill" hearsay bullshit in your video so I am going to get my credit card right now. I'll post my credit card # in my next post. Be right back... P.S. No one cares.

This thread is absurd, but at least it's keeping 'Big Brown' busy in front of the computer instead of rampaging the streets in his Bronco.

[IMG] STER, It's fascinating that your point conversly mirrors the thoughts, as I remember,of "Bubba" Smith, the NFL Hall of Famer and defensive tackle with the old Baltimore, Colts. "If that big head OJ wears a size 12 shoe, I'm F****** PeeWee Herman. I wear a 16, he's got to wear at least a size 15"....or something to that effect. Bubba said this to a number of us when departing the first screening of "Serpents Rising" at the Charlie Chaplin Theater in L.A, October 2004. OJ is BIG! Have no doubt about it. His hands are gigantic, his head is gigantic, his shoulders filll up half of the passenger seat in a full size automobile. It amazes me to think that people who have seen the several shoe print photographs at 875 So. Bundy, clearly inside the 11 and-a-half inch square tiles with a 1/4-1/2 inch to spare within the tiles, believe that those teeny-weeny shoe prints represent a man who is the size of O.J. Simpson. Giving a limited degree of credit to your faux pas, I simply think that you are making the mistake that many people make when comparing lions to tigers. With a lion's big shaggy headed mane one would think the 'king of beasts' is larger than the tiger, unfortunately they are widely mistaken. The balanced symmetry of the tiger from head to paw makes him appear sleak, handsome, cuddly, and to many surely not as large as the lion, but on the contrary, he is easily quite often 300 lbs+ and a foot or more longer than the lion. Simpson's often noted large head gives his large torso balance, courtesy no doubt to TV cameras. [IMG] STER, he is Big, and if not for the 20 degree bow in his legs due to the childhood disease rickets, probably another good inch in height. I am an average size American male, Simpson's hands swallow mine, therefore I can assure you that cindarella feet do not accompany those mammouth sized hands. The former, "Cinderella size", is what you find in the Bundy crime scene shoe print photographs. That's what convinced us to contact the Italian shoe sole manufacturer SILGA. I don't know what point you are trying to make when you keep repeating "size, size, size". Had you measured his foot with a ruler and told me, "we measured Simpson's foot and we found it to be 11 and 15/16 inches", I'd be forced to respect you. However, [IMG] STER, with what you've presented, you've got little recognition coming. As far as what the FBI will or will not do, I don't know. But in this case, the shoe soles that we received from SILGA, the same size that the FBI testified to as equalling size 12 U.S., have dimentionally measured to be 12 and 1/4 inches. The 12 and 1/4 inch SILGA sole matched several "size" 10 U.S. shoes that we measured them against. But of course you could have seen that had you purchased the video, [IMG] STER, I'll try again, go to www.serpentsrising.com or www.ojcoverup.com. I'm not going to debate you about the use of the word "shoe size". The expression is extremely subjective, only meant to convey a general connotation of large or smallness, it has no precise meaning. [IMG]STER, your problem seems to be the fear of facing the "boogie man", and that appears to be your inherent faith, that officially-looking and sounding individuals would not collaberate to abuse, misuse, and lie, over and over to you.............................again.
No, my dearest Chewbacca, my biggest fear is that you'll never get any money selling your video because the stuff you post on here is so absurd. I hope you've got a day job. I think YOU'RE the man trying to make some money off of OJ. I find it interesting that you put the politicians and everyone involved in the case down as you try to get a piece of the very old and dead pie. Once again, you said
    and then you also said
What does that mean if he had shoes that were size 12 and 13 (even in European sizing)? That probably means that was the shoe size he wore. Why would he buy all of those shoes if his feet weren't that size? You can talk about Bubba and his lions and tigers and the politicians selling me crap and peewee Herman and what I've been sold and how I should buy your video but... I didn't make a faux pas because you don't understand shoe sizing. Once again, Chewbacca, if he had 13" feet that would mean he would have closets full of size 17 shoes! Not 12 or 13. Don't you think the Defense would have pointed that out? Of course they would've! People's feet aren't measured in inches as you can tell from the sizing chart that I posted earlier and since you measured OJs feet at 13", his shoe size should be around a 17. Maybe you measured his hands or head by accident? The defense would have pointed that out and it would have been a huge peice of evidence for the defense. Maybe you're suggesting they forgot and "the man" wants to continue to sweep it under the rug? Oh, that's right I forgot, let me go get my credit card #. Brb. [IMG]

    Big Brown,
You've convinced me that OJ was wrongfully charged. And of course obviously innocent!

One thing I think we can all agree on is OJ has(or at least had) a wonderful sartorial presence at the trial.

Do you think you can get a hold of your Idol and invite him to participate in these forums? This is primarily The Style Forum! He would be a very valued participant!

BTW: I still fondly remember Johnie C's ties! Were they Brioni? Anyone

    What's wrong with that?
Everyone else has made money off of O.J. Simpson, selling madness to people like you that are caught up in the subjective hype, the "True Hollywood Stories", mesmerized negatively by Simpson's continuing minstral act. His antics blind you to objectively look at anything else. How do you know what's in the film until you see it? Again I think that you are afraid of what you might see, maybe you symbollically represent the fear that those who have attempted to block us fear. "We just can't be wrong, and if we are, we certainly cannot admit to it". "That would be devestating, our "In God We Trust" reputation would be destroyed all over the world, if Simpson proves to be a lie".

Yep! You and they might be right. Devestating, considering the other big ones, like "weapons of mast destruction", that we've told the world. Now, to have to admit that OJ didn't do it! Oh, my god, our creditibility would be shot to pieces.

[IMG] STER, you're a real piece of work. The old English common measurement, for everything, was based upon their perceived average length of a man's shod foot, that's how we wound up with the 12" measurement being catergorized as a "foot". What are you talking about, re[IMG]eoples feet are not measured in inches?

When the shoe store clerk has you place your foot on his measuring device, what do the numbers on it represent? Kilograms, LBS, Decibels! Are you retarded or something? How do you think they arrive at putting you in whatever size of shoe you are wearing? Stop chewing that wookie! It's rapidly impacting your cognitive thinking potential, and you're sinking fast........

"Don't you think the Defense would have pointed that out? Of course they would've!".......[IMG] STER, The easiest motive for one to understand is the motive of money, celebrity status, and power. All but one attorney, F. Lee Bailey, was virtually unknown before this trial to the national public. Since that trial and before his death Johnnie C. entered legal partnerships across the U.S. that made the "Johnnie Cochran Law Firm" the largest legal practise in the United States. The other trial principals all became overnight multimillionaires.

So OJ DIDN'T do it and you're entitled to a piece of the OJ pie. Good for you! I am not giving you any of my money and I don't believe that he wasn't at least very involved. All the evidence you've shown me here doesn't show me he wasn't involved.

Brilliant! Let's try this for the third time. I'll post the link since it looks like you didn't read it.

    Measure Your Feet
    Don't know your shoe size?
That shouldn't stop you from finding a pair of shoes that fit.
Your feet change during your lifetime. To make sure that you get the best possible fit and comfort, we suggest you follow the simple directions below each time you purchase new shoes.
    How to measure your feet
    1. Place a piece of blank paper on a hard floor.
    2. Stand on the paper wearing a sock of medium thickness.
    3. Holding a pencil vertically, place a mark at the end of your heel.
    4. Place another mark at the tip of your longest toe.
    5. Mark the sides of your foot at the widest part.
    6. Measure your other foot using the same method.
    7. To find your size, measure the heel-to-toe mark and use the inch-to-size table. For example, if you are a man and your foot measures 12" long, you will wear a U.S. size 14 shoe.

    You said that:

    and
What the crap does that mean? Well, since OJ had size 12 and 13 shoes his feet are slightly smaller than that in inches measured in inches from heal to toe. Since shoe size 12 and 13 aren't inches. FOOT INCHES DON'T CORRESPOND WITH SHOE SIZE.

OK, now, since you yourself measured OJ's foot and it measured 13" long (try to follow me here) that would mean that he wore a shoe size of 17! But he didn't own any size 17 shoes.

Going back to what you said earlier, and what all of the evidence shows, OJ wore a size 12 or 13 shoe.

That directly contradicts what you have said Chewbacca! Reality and what your saying are 2 different things. I can't put it any other way.

So, OJ was found innocent in his trial but yet the defense was conspiring against him? That's kinda weird isn't it? Shouldn't you be talking about the Prosecution?

Oh! I forgot, it's a conspiracy. Yeah, we all get it.

[/i] [IMG] STER, you're a real interesting fellow! Check line 7 in your evidence statement regarding how to determine size. Now I should presume from your presenting me with protocol number 7, that this affirms your point, right? Well then, even though both countries, Britain and the U.S., use the same measurement scale, versus that of the metric scale, utilized on the continent they still arbitrarily choose to describe "size" differently from each other. Take for instance British shoes in boxes made by Doc Martten that arrive in the U.S., the British manufacturer distinguishes on the outside of the box between a British shoe size versus the equivalent U.S. shoe size, the numbers are never the same. If both countries had the same perception of eqivalent size, since they use the same measurement system, it should be, and would be no reason for the British shoe company to make that distinction on the outside of their shoe boxes. Therefore my point is that the word "size" simply is an arbitrary identifier, based upon a shoe industry's perception, it does not denote anything that is precise, and thus should not be used in a court of law to attempt to convict, or lend itself to affirming aspersion or denunciation of any individual, regardless of race, color or creed. OK, now, since you yourself measured OJ's foot and it measured 13" long (try to follow me here) that would mean that he wore a shoe size of 17! But he didn't own any size 17 shoes. How do you know what O.J owned, [IMG] STER? Even the FBI agent, Bodziac, couldn't testify to your presumption. He, surprisingly, testified to receiving only one pair of tennis shoes, that which he compared to the U2887 SILGA soles, from the LAPD. When he protested the lack of access to other alleged Simpson shoes they simply blew him off. As far as what a measured 13 inch foot would mean in terms of "size", it could mean size 17 or in Great Britain it could mean something else. In S.E. Asia a 13 inch foot could mean size ????? 2 million, in the metric scale countries it could mean size 47 or 48 not Size 13, 14, 15, 16 or 17. Again, the word "size" is arbitrary. Size can be what the people who call the shots wherever they happen to call the shots want it to be, [IMG] STER! So, OJ was found innocent in his trial but yet the defense was conspiring against him? That's kinda weird isn't it? Shouldn't you be talking about the Prosecution? [IMG] STER, I've seen a western where the judge and the mayor after selling guns to the Indians, stood by in tears waving goodbye to a dear old grandmother knowing that she be riding on that stage coach as it traveled around the mountain through Apache Pass! In the 19th century lawyers were retained for a meager retainer by London shipping companies, the retained lawyers knew that instead of insuring the ships for freakish types of accidents, the London companies had placed money into escrow to settle such civil actions if and when they arose. They got caught finally consulting with plaintiff attorneys to define and fix the time for which death occurred so that both they, the defense, and plaintiff's counsel could litigate for a couple of years, get both their legal fees paid out of the escrow fund, and finally attain a small settlement for the family of the sailor. The legal precedent that prevented that type of conduct should have been part of Simpson's appeal, whereas lawyers are not allowed to trespass into the domain of the court, either the judge or the jury's domain. When both sides agreed to conceal the telephone records from the jury, particularly in the civil trial, they deeply violated that ageless provision or rule of common law. Oh! I forgot, it's a conspiracy. Yeah, we all get it. For the record, I drive a Ford Bronco (blue) and I think Shapiro was better dressed. Now that I think about it, maybe Cochran? I can't stand Dershowitz.[/quote] I know you U.S. fellows always seem to poo-poo the thought of the existence of conspiracies, apparently your government does however. Maybe once that Enron chap, Jeff Skilling, starts doing his 24 year sentence, go on line and find out what federal pen he's in and write and ask him about his thoughts on whether he believed in conspiracies or not. and I read that Bronco sales went through the roof after Simpson's return drive from the graveyard, is that what influenced you to get yours? Listen [IMG] STER, I'm sure that you would enjoy the film immensely, stop being a fuddy-duddy, with nothing objective to critique. It's hard, I know, to believe that you've been lied to, immensely, but you have. This film/documentary could probably make a lot of money for SF if an OJ affair were sponsored and this film presented, the subject matter continues to generate great interest. Have a good day.......................

I see your point that all shoe sizing is arbitrary! It must be hard for you to find shoes that fit! [IMG] I guess there is no record of OJs shoe size - ever - so he must be innocent! [IMG]

I hate western movies. But since you saw that, it definitely means that there was a conspiracy to get OJ!

So once again you've proven that OJ was framed and he's innocent. As I said before, it's a conspiracy. We all get it. [IMG]

Being that I'm the only idiot on this website that has been posting, I don't really think it generates any interest for anyone. I'm not interested anymore either.

What a shame, we've come to an end.....I can't participate in responding to retarded responses. I would simply say that the documentary, "Serpents Rising" at www.serpentsrising.com puts a number of immediate and hard questions on the table that both the Simpson defense and prosecution are running away from. Here are the things that will continue to press them:

    1. What did Johnnie C. mean when trying to convince the Court in a prejudicial v. probative argument, not to show the bloody photos of Ron and Nicole to the jury when, in his argument he said, "after all we're not going to show the jury other evidence in this case we're not going to show them the telephone records".

    2. The police department had been using a past killer, later to be convicted serial killer, as a confidential informant. The records show that he had spent a great deal of time at Nicole's residence, the killer admits to knowing Nicole, his brother says he was dating her. The police knew that this serious woman abuser was around Nicole at the Bundy address, why didn't they consider him the prime suspect.

    3. Then again, Ron G.'s criminal file indicates that he was more than likely turned into a confidential informant too. As thick as his file happens to be that should have been a mitigating factor in pointing the finger at Simpson less than 24 hours after arriving back from Chicago.

    4. People are still curious about the actual telephone records of Juditha Brown, and when she was last on the phone with her daughter, Nicole. 11:00 pm is a more plausible time to arrive home to Dana Point from Brentwood, CA if one left at 8:45 PM than arriving to make a call at 9:37 PM.

These are the questions put to key principals in the film, I'd recommend that you see it. www.ojcoverup.com or www.serpentsrising.com or if you're cheap, like the [IMG]STER, you can see some of it for free by searching "Serpents Rising" at YouTube.......Via con Dios.
