There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I've never been to this sale before, anything to keep an eye out for? I actually don't like Nordstrom very much at all, all the ties they carry are fatter than 3.5", the Nordstrom house brand is of miserable quality, though I do like their shoe selection. I'm looking to buy a pair or two of Sperry's. Do those usually go on sale?

I'm flying to The Hague at 5pm on July 15, the first day of the sale, so I plan to go to Nordstrom during my lunch break. Hopefully that will be well ahead of the rest of the shoppers.

The Anniversary Sale is their best sale of the year - because it's usually new stuff on sale, rather than an additional discount on older crap.

Don't look for super-premium stuff to be discounted, but look for 25-33% off retail for a lot of fall merch.

The women's sections can be NUTS. Men's stuff can go pretty quick too. Seems they get a limited selection of fall stuff to put on sale, once it's gone, they won't get more in at the sale price.

    (Correct me if I'm wrong)
