Does anyone here have any first-hand experience with Nordstrom's MTM shirt program? Any satisfied customers out there? Any dissatisfied ones?

At my local store they have two groups of fabrics. The ones carrying the Nordstrom brand run from $145 to $195 per shirt. The Robert Talbot fabrics run from $200 to $500 but seem most of them seem to hover around $250.

I was told by the manager that there was no risk in trying the program because Nordstrom's will actually take back the shirt if I'm not happy with it, but I noticed that he lowered his voice and glanced over his shoulder when he told said this.

i feel the quality of the fabric, and fit is better at brooks brothers for the same price. also which is a little detail brooks brothers put your name on the inside of the shirt and when it was made.

I think the John W. Nordstrom line is great. I have a RTW version and it's probably my best-fitting shirt. Also great fabric, buttons, etc. I can't speak to their MTM program specifically.

I have both their RTM and their MTM. I think the MTM can vary from 100 to 200, with most around 160. the fabric is alumno or cancini. I like them and they seem to have held up pretty good so far (1 year).
