non-profits

I'm not an officer or anything at my synagogue, but I show up a lot, and so a lot of people were bitching to me about something, so I take in on myself to go to the rabbi and to some board members and tell them about the bitching, and suggest that they make some changes. so I become the bad guy and get yelled at.

so, I try to do something to fix the issue, and none of these people who were bitching end up showing up. F***ers.

so, I say to the rabbi that now I understand her position better, that people ***** and then don't walk the walk, and she snaps at me again.

bunch of F***ers. I'm getting out of this **** and staying with what I know

I don't believe that yelling at somebody (literally, that is) is ever appropriate in polite society.
Especially not by a person of religious authority.

good for you - my wife sits on the board of 3 non-profits, and that is sort of our division of labor, I'm never crossing that ******* line again.
