I'm doing the whole "movember" thing. Thankfully the dental practice I have my placement at supports it.

I normally do it and then just keep it going until we go on a ski trip in January. By then it is pretty disgusting. I have to stay clean shaven this year though with my job.

I work at an investment bank, and I'd say 30% of the guys here are participating in Mo'vember. It raises money for a great cause.

That said, I did it last year and discovered that a moustache is really not a good look for me.

Similar situation here. Not really pleased about it as I don't do well with facial hair. I'm going to look like a turd.

If I could ever get over that two week hump before the itchiness drives me crazy I would, but alas it just isn't going to happen. I had gone two weeks to grow a mustache for halloween and was sick of it by the end. Also, my friend's can't grow anything respectable so they won't do it with me.

^I succumbed to the itchyness but I regret it because I gave myself a horrible shave, and have razor bumps all along my jaw

I'm not gonna shave for the rest of the month though.

I won't shave my balls this month, promise. Besides, it keeps me warm in winter, like a little sweater

Haha, I decided to shave while still drunk halloween night. I absolutely tore my face up, which is great because all I really needed to shave was my mustache

Just rehearse the reply for every time you get a weird look, or start wearing a hat.

I'm thinking of doing movember because although no-shave november would so damn itchy and neckbeardy, movember seems like some lighthearted fun and not nearly as itchy.
