1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

BTW, the rules on SW&D are if you purchased something before this thread was posted and it's being delivered, it doesn't count.

    I'm in.

What stores would you be visiting if you were to possibly browse certain things and possibly maybe consider their purchase?

I'm just going to go to feel the fabrics, double check the fit perhaps.

Selfedge is on my certain list. Ralph Lauren at the Stanford Mall, since I'll be staying a few blocks away and I visit the Chicago store rarely.

I'm open to suggestions as to where temptation is strong. Of what use is virtue unless it is tested?

    1. Does it stimulate the economy (or anything else) if all I do is troll sales and buy from eBay and the B+S forum?

    2. Where can a guy get a free lunch?

    1. Money (usually) doesn't vanish into thin air, so your hard-earned dollars will continue moving on to grease other parts of the machine.

    2. Quiznos. Food tastes bad, and portion is tiny though.

What about a 1 week ban from the forum for anyone who makes a purchase and is willing to admit it? Too harsh? Ups the ante a bit...

Good luck guys. I was in for the February club, and I lasted the whole month and blew it on the 28th on some IH jeans off ebay (didn't pay until March 1 though). Maybe I'll try again in April, right now I'm making up for lost time.

Nobody said the club members couldn't spend any money or stimulate the economy - just not on clothes!

Besides, with bigbris out, all I need is for Grimsdale to join and I can have all the size 13 shoes for the whole month. [IMG]
