I haven’t spent any money on clothing and clothing related items so far this month. Don’t think I will be able to buy anything for the rest of year as well.
So far October has been a awful month to me. Trading looses , tax bill and traffic fine total damage worth over $8.5k.

You are right 2 different things. People with no balls trades on paper and thinks everyone else are like them . I don't blame you !:satisfied:

I know I've got (well, had) a $200 allowance for being good last month ... but I have to make a confession.

I just bought a couple of Hickey Freeman shirts via eBay. :embar: I knew I shouldn't have clicked the PSA thread ... I ended up buying 2 dress shirts at $9.99 each, plus shipping. So far, I'm about $35 into my allowance, but this doesn't include what I'll have to pay to have the shirts shipped from my mail forwarding service to Australia. Once I have a final price (in USD), I'll report back.

In case you're wondering, I bought one of these in 16 X-Long (might be too long?)

... and one of these in 16 Long

What? I mean did you sell or not. IF you didn't you aren't really down or up.

I failed as well...put in for a pre-order on a pair of shell wingtip boots. I won't get the boots until December, but I had to plunk the money down for a deposit. Granted, it was money that I had stored away in my Paypal account from clothing sales that I had been saving for something like this. So my credit card bill won't be taking a hit, but it's still money I could have put away and saved.

Forgot to throw my lot in for October - I am in.

I only have one clothing purchase this month - planning to buy a sweater for my brother since it is his birthday in 2 weeks.

Other option may be: Nordstrom / Saks / NM gift card.

how does one do the bomb whistle? Major fall for me. KABOOB

So, Dad pasted a year ago and I was going through the stuff this summer and found his old Omega Seamaster. In July I brought it in for service and was told 8 weeks. Then I was told it would be a few more weeks due to whom ever did the service last didn't lube it correctly. Well, I had paid what the estimate was quoted in July in advance (foolish me thinking it would circumvent the SF NPC for October) Well yesterday it came in and the damage was much more extensive that we had first thought.. to the tune of $475!

Now in my watch guy's defense, I can understand he didn't see the damage at first. He kept all the parts separate for me to view and for him to explain to me what happened. I really did appreciate that of him.

Fail on my part for the month but hey, I now have my grandfathers and my fathers, watches up and running so that means I don't need to purchase a modern one! :slayer:

    or should I.....

I'm Guilty, your Honour...Placed a deposit of 100 pounds on a MTO Trickers. Didn't think I was going to get the opp, as I was on a wait list.

A 1000 pardons and hope the Court of the NPC will have some mercy on me. :embar:
